Because your cycle isn’t just about your period. Your hormones are giving you signals about what your body needs. When you understand your cycle, and you find yourself feeling a certain way, or craving a certain something, you’ll know exactly why that is and what to do to support yourself. It will make sense to work with your body instead of fighting against it
For now, just nourishing yourself with balanced, nutrient dense foods will help you start to feel better, to perform better, and just have a better relationship with your cycle and yourself.
